Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@heclic.com. Include your order number along with clear photos of the item and its packaging so we can review your request promptly.

We accept returns and size exchanges within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and has all original tags attached. Returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and product availability.

Please note that refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, or if a replacement cannot be provided. Returns requested due to a change of mind or an incorrect size selection may not be eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is the result of our error.
