Return & Exchange Policy

At HECLIC, we strive to offer high-quality pieces and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges

We accept exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your order, only in the following cases:

  • The customer received the wrong size and would like to exchange it

  • The item received is damaged

  • The item received is incorrect

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Be returned in its original condition

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in its original packaging

Exchange requests that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Final sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

At SHECLIC, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or any reason other than receiving a damaged or incorrect item.

Refunds are only granted in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged

  • The item received is incorrect

  • The requested exchange item is unavailable, and no suitable replacement can be offered

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A photo of the packaging

Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution such as:

  • A replacement

  • An exchange

  • A refund, if applicable

Return Shipping Costs

For exchanges due to size change, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

If the item received is damaged or incorrect, HECLIC will cover the appropriate solution based on the case.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
